I watched the last episodes of Firefly (be damned, FOX) yesterday and was remembered of this:
What I love about it is that it starts out as this clichéd "you gotta be strong, be a real man"-stuff, but then it's all about being able to ask for help. Sometimes, the world is just too much. Sometimes people need help. We're not alone. Or, to go with the Beatles:
"When you can't walk, you crawl. And when you can't do that, you find someone to carry you."
The Message

"And anytime you feel the pain, hey Jude, refrain,Plus, it makes me think of Frodo.
Don't carry the world upon your shoulders.
For well you know that it's a fool who plays it cool
By making his world a little colder."
Hey Jude
